• The seller agrees to the administrative tariffs as follows:

The above will be deducted automatically after a successful purchase by the buyer.
The seller agrees to provide a comprehensive description of his/her products and highlight any notable defects.
The seller agrees not to provide any information in the form of image or description which is meant to deceive or which can be seen to deceive the buyer. If the seller does the latter, he/she is liable to pay for courier charges for returning the product and may face sanctions from YoSpaza.com and possible ban.
The seller agrees to wait for 10 working days from the day the buyer receives the product before receiving the proceeds from the sell.
For the seller providing services, the voucher is considered redeemed when the buyer makes a
formal booking with the service provider. Cancellation of such booking will be subject to terms
and conditions of the seller. The funds will be disbursed within 10 working days after the service
has been redeemed.
Selling Policies
When listing products on YoSpaza.com.com, you must comply with the following policies. Your account will be suspended if you breach Seller Terms and Conditions, and list content or products fall under the Prohibited List of Products.
Below is a quick description of the key terms that apply to all our sellers. There are important details in the whole Seller Terms and Conditions, so you should read it.
1. YoSpaza.com IPR Policy. We take any violations of intellectual property rights seriously. We are committed to removing listing and selling of products or materials that infringe someone else’s Intellectual Property Right (IPR).
2. Counterfeits or Refurbished Products. Consumer trust is very important to us. It is a criminal offence to try to financially gain by using IPR without the owner’s permission. YoSpaza.com will remove your listing if we suspect your products are not genuine. YoSpaza.com vigorously pursues sellers who sell counterfeit products. We work with Federal and local law enforcement officials to try to stop the sale of counterfeit products.
3. Cancellation of Orders. You cannot delay a confirmed purchase order or cancellation of a confirmed order. Any cancellation of a confirmed order will be subject to penalty both by us and consumer affairs departments.
4. Misleading Product Information and Advertisement. It is your duty not to place any wrong information about your products, your identity or a brand on the Site. Your advertisement must not be misleading. This means that you will not engage in any unfair trade practices, which is a criminal offence that would also involve damages.
5. Product Safety. Product Safety is our top priority. It is also the foundation of customer trust. Ensuring the safety of your products must be an important criteria for selling on YoSpaza.com. You will remain always responsible for products or any features that harm or threatens to harm individuals, and or properties.
6. Your Content. You are solely responsible for all text, documents or other content or information uploaded, entered or otherwise transmitted by you in connection with your use of the Site.
7. Your Release. You remain always responsible for all and any dispute with an end user or a third party. You will release YoSpaza.com and each of our affiliates (and their respective employees, directors, agents and representatives) from and against any and all claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, interest and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any claim, action, audit, investigation, inquiry or other proceedings instituted by a third party, entity or a government agency, that arises out of or relates to your conduct, the products you sell, any content you provide, the advertisement, offer, sale or return of any products you sell, any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or proprietary rights by any products you sell or content you provide.
8. Claims. Whilst Seller terms contain detailed provisions for breaches or claims, we would like to highlight that we will withhold all payments to you. Depending on the nature of a claim, we will ask you to compensate customers and do all other necessary remedial actions without prejudice to our rights and remedies.

Intellectual Property Rights (Copyrights, Trademarks, Counterfeits)
YoSpaza.com respects the rights of others. Listing, selling, or using an unlicensed, counterfeit, trademarked, or copyrighted products or material is against YoSpaza.com.com's Terms and Conditions and it's Product Listing Policy and internal operating procedures.
We take these matters seriously and will enforce any claims made to YoSpaza.com concerning such matters in accordance with DMCA and other applicable local and international laws.
Brand, Copyright, and Trademark Owners
We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you suspect there's any product or listing on YoSpaza.com that infringes on your intellectual property rights please provide the following information for immediate action by our legal team:

Marketplace Sellers
Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on YoSpaza.com. Products offered for sale on the website must be authentic and must not include any copyrighted or trademarked material without consent of the original rights owner.
The sale of counterfeit products, including any products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured, is strictly prohibited.
If an infringing product or listing is discovered on YoSpaza.com, the product will be removed and the seller will be subject to being permanently banned from selling on the site, their funds may be withheld, and further legal may be pursued by YoSpaza.com and the legal rights owner of the infringing material.
We Do Not Enforce
Catalogue content ownership and image restrictions: When a detail item page is created, it becomes a permanent artifact in the YoSpaza.com catalog. It will remain in the catalogue even if the creator's offers sells out.
It is important to also realize that when you content is submitted to the YoSpaza.com catalogue, even if you are the original copyright owner of images and text copy, you grant YoSpaza.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.
Other marketplace sellers can list their offers for sale against catalogue items that you have created or added your copyrighted images and text to as long as it is an exact match. If you believe sellers are listing against catalogue items that do not exactly match their items, we ask that you report the violation.
If your intellectual property content has been added to our catalog without your consent, please follow the instructions for Brand, Copyright, and Trademark Owners to report the content.
