You will receive an sms and email confirming your order and your product will be delivered maximum of 5 working days.

Ordering a service
When you order a service a voucher will be sent to you and can also be downloaded from your account upon payment. Then you can proceed and redeem the service to the service provider upon terms and conditions.

Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled when it has not been shipped, once shipped you can request a free return. Cancellation of service order is according to terms and conditions of the service provider.

How much is shipping?
The shipping charges paid by YoSpaza.com buyers are discounted and it’s a flat rate per order from an individual seller. Example if you order two products from different seller each will have a shipping cost, but if two products are from the same seller then only a single shipping cost is paid.

Who pays for shipping?
Paid by the buyer unless the seller offers “free shipping” In this case the cost of shipping will be paid by the seller.

What is the Yospaza.com return policy?
Any customer who has bought from YoSpaza.com is covered under a “Free return policy”. As per this policy, the buyers can return the product back to the seller within three days of receipt
